What is Dental Implant?
Dental Implants are Titanium posts that are surgically placed into the jaw bone when there are damaged or missing teeth with artificial teeth that look and function much like real ones. Dental implants are the number one choice for replacing teeth
Strength as a top dental implant center lays due to its highly certified and well experienced team of implantologists and prosthodontists. All dentists have over 20 years of experience and our group of implant specialists are verified as well as granted the scope privileges for implant treatment.
3D-Guided Dental Implant
Guided implant surgery is the process of planning the implant surgery on a computer using the patient’s CT image. The conventional method of using the patient’s panoramic x-ray to plan implant surgery cannot transfer the planning exactly as planned, however, guided implant surgery can transfer the plan as exactly as the doctor plans on the computer. To carry out the surgery exactly as the surgery plan, a custom surgical template and guided implant surgery kit are needed.
Conventional Implants (Single, Multiple, Full Arch)
Conventional implants are applicable to almost anyone who is looking to replace one, multiple, all missing teeth with a permanent restoration solution. Conventional implants are done in 2 stages normally in 2 trips about 2 to 6 months apart. Conventional implants may be done for most types of bone conditions. If there is moderate or severe jaw bone loss, bone grafting may be needed with dental implantation.
Flapless Implants
Flapless implant surgery using surgical guide can shortens treatment times, surgery times and reduces swelling.
Immediate Implants
- Less invasi ve as tooth is extracted and implant post placed in one surgical visit when gums and bones are only opened once relative to 2 separate surgical visits
- Shorter treatment time and less trips or visits as implant posts is inserted immediately after tooth extraction
Immediate Loaded Implants
- Immediately functioning teeth
- Good aesthetic results
- Shorter treatment time with minimized pain
Implant-Supported Bridge
Restorative Dentistry
Dental Crowns
Crowns are a tooth-shaped cap that is placed over a tooth to restore its shape and size, strength, appearance, to hold a bridge in place or cover a dental implant.
Metal Crowns
Metal crowns contain a high amount of gold, platinum, or cobalt-chromium and nickel-chromium alloys. These crowns are extremely strong and durable and can withstand a lot of pressure. Their main drawback is their metallic color, so they are usually not preferred on the incisors or canine teeth. However, they are perfect for restoring teeth. Metal crowns can last for 20 to 40 years, depending on the material and your oral care regimen.
Porcelain-Fused-To-Metal
If you have aesthetic concerns and also wish to have metal crowns inserted then these are the best option available. The inside of the teeth is made up of metal and the outer portion of the crown is made of porcelain, as a result, it has the dual advantage – metal which provides strength and porcelain which matches with the color of the teeth making it look like natural teeth. They look the most like natural teeth.
Ceramic Crown
If you do not want to have metal inserted inside your mouth but want the strength to match metal crowns then ceramic crowns are the best option available. Not only is the strong but blends more naturally with your tooth color making it unnoticed. It does not have any aesthetic concerns and is the best option for the front, back and even for the bridges. The problem of porcelain wearing down and metal being visible is solved by this Dental Crown. They may not be considered as an option for molars because forces applied while biting can wear down your teeth.
Dentures
Dentures are a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. They are made of acrylic resin or metal typed. Complete dentures replace all the teeth. Partial dentures replace missing teeth retained by metal clasps attached to natural teeth.
Inlays and Onlays
Inlays are similar to fillings but the entire work lies within the cusps on the chewing surface of the tooth. Onlays are more extensive than inlays, covering one or more cusps. Onlays are sometimes called partial crowns. Overlays extends outwards from onlays.
Inlays, onlays and overlays are normally done to repair damaged portion of teeth that may be too large to be fixed with composite resin fillings whilst the damage is not overly extensive requiring a dental crown.
Dental Fillings
Fillings are the most common type of dental restoration. Teeth can be filled with gold, silver amalgam, or tooth-colored, plastic and glass materials called composite resin fillings.
General Dentistry
Checkups (Dental Diagnosis Technologies)
To aid our dental specialists in dental diagnosis and providing good quality dental care, modern equipments and techniques are utilized. 3D digital CT Scan and panoramic x-ray machines that are used to facilitate systemic diagnoses and treatment plans.
Periodontal Disease
If gum disease is more advanced, scaling and root planning can be performed to treat diseased periodontal pockets and gum infection. We use an ultrasonic scaling device to remove plaque, tartar and food debris above and below the gum line, and hand scales the tooth and root surfaces to make them smooth and disease free. If periodontal pockets are more than 5 millimeters deep, that is, if you have moderate to severe periodontitis, gingival flap surgery may be performed to reduce periodontal pockets, as well as bone grafting to restore lost bone.
Cavities Fillings and Fillings Replacement
If part of a tooth has been lost through decay or damaged due to an accident, your dentist may put in a dental filling. Dental fillings are used to fill a portion of tooth or plug the hole and stop any future pain or discomfort. We use the 3M ESPE for composite resin fillings. The 3M ESPE utilises developments in nanotechnology enabling high-quality restorations as well as excellent mechanical properties and strength. Today, amalgam filings are commonly replaced with tooth-colored fillings. Safe removal of amalgam fillings following certain guidelines is done at hospital.
Root Canal Treatment
Root canal is a treatment to repair and save a badly damaged or infected tooth instead of removing it. The procedure involves removing the damaged area of the tooth (the pulp) and cleaning and disinfecting it, then filling and sealing it. The common causes affecting the pulp are a cracked tooth, a deep cavity, repeated dental treatment to the tooth or trauma to it. The term "root canal" comes from cleaning of the canals inside the tooth's root.
Root canal treatment is performed by our endodontist using fine optical microscope, which is one of the most revolutionary developments in the field of endodontics. It provides extreme magnification. This makes it possible to identify and treat even minute structures and problem areas.

They are very thin pieces of durable, tooth shaped porcelain that are custom designed and made(for shape and color) by our German cutting-edge equipment ‘CEREC’ within a day. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to create a beautiful and attractive smile.

Dental Bonding
Dental bonding is a quick, non-invasive treatment for restoring the appearance of teeth affected by minor flaws. Using a composite resin material, we can fill cracks, eliminate gaps, and completely alter the shape of your teeth. The procedure generally takes less than an hour to complete, and there is no need for any local anesthetic.
Teeth Whitening
Teeth whitening (or bleaching) is a simple, non-invasive dental treatment used to change the color of natural tooth enamel and is an ideal way to enhance the beauty of your smile.
Because having whiter teeth has now become the number one aesthetic concern of most patients, there are a number of ways to whiten teeth. The most popular method is using a home tooth whitening system that will whiten teeth dramatically. Since tooth whitening only works on natural tooth enamel, it is important to evaluate replacement of any old fillings, crowns, etc. Replacement of any restorations will be done after bleaching so they will match the newly bleached teeth.
Tooth whitening is not permanent. A touch-up may be needed every several years, and more often if you smoke, or drink coffee, tea, or wine.
Aesthetic Gum Isusses
